How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner. We read every enquiry ourselves rather than routing them through a call centre, so the first reply will be from someone who can actually answer your question.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We would rather spend half an hour establishing whether there is a fit than sell you something that does not suit your business and lose you in three months.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. If we are with a client when you call, leave a message and we will call back. WhatsApp is often the quickest way to get an initial response.

We are based in Kolkata and are happy to meet anywhere in the city for an initial discussion. Get in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
What should we prepare before speaking to you?
Nothing formal. It helps if you know roughly what a customer is worth to you, where enquiries currently come from, and what marketing you have already tried. If you do not have those figures, that is fine and it is often the first thing we help work out.
